Aerial Fit Mums - Starts Thursday 25th, February 10:30-11:30am. 

Mid morning, mums class. Bubs 0-18 months are welcome! 6 Week Course.

Perfect for mums with new bubs, wanting to ease their way into post natal fitness once you've received medical clearance!

Aerial Fit mums is a combination of Aerialates and Basic Aerial Skills. 

Our instructor for this class is also a qualified pilates instrcutor. Trained in pre and post natal pilates!

Young bubs are welcome. Bring the bassinet, pram etc for them to sleep in.

Or pop them in the play pen in front of you, on our clean, soft mats.


Cali Flow - Starts Tuesday 23rd, February 7pm-8pm. 6 Week Course.

A functional training program developed around floor based animal flowing movements and bar calisthenics. Increase your functional joint mobility, flexibility, strength and overall fitness. Cali-Flow is an idea created from elements inspired from ZUU, street workouts, gymnastics conditioning and over 20 years of functional bodyweight training experience. 


Adults Beginner Silks - Starts Saturday 13th, February 9:45-10:45am

For absolute beginners, no experience necessary! 8 Week Course
