What is an Intro Workshop?

An immersive 45 minute structured introductory lesson including:

  • Full body warm up & aerial specific stretches to commence

  • Explore and learn beginner aerial fundamentals on silks and/or lyra (aerial hoop)

  • Guidance and support by our passionate, knowledgable  instructors

**Our beginner programs require no aerial experience. However, the ability to hold your body weight in positions such as: Plank hold | Push Up | Bar Hang are necessary due to the nature of this activity.
